Bagels are by far our favorite way to start the morning. These bagels are generously stuffed with cream cheese schmear seasoned with crème fraîche, lemon juice, and caper brine, then topped with thinly sliced lox, strips of quick pickles, red onion, and dill. Asiago is the recommended bagel for this recipe, but Everything or plain will also work. These bagels are balanced in protein, carbohydrates, and fat and are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a hearty snack.
