- Use retinol. She started using it in her late 20s to reduce fine lines, dark spots, and even skin tone. “The skin turns over much faster,” McNamara says. “There won’t be as many blockages.”
- Layer your moisturizing serum, even if you use the same one twice.
- Use sunscreen daily. “I stopped buying the cheapest products for face and body and now use products formulated for facial skin,” she wrote. “P.S. If you have dry skin like I do, think of it as another layer of moisture to keep your skin elastic.”
McNamara frequently shares beauty hacks with her 462,000 Instagram followers and 278,000 TikTok followers.
