Simply select the “Healthy” diet tag in the “Diet” drop-down menu to filter to only see recipes that meet your specific nutritional requirements. For main courses, that means recipes with less than 500 calories, 6 grams of fat, 600 milligrams of sodium, and 200 milligrams of cholesterol per serving.
