Disney has issued an update to the My Disney Experience app for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders using the monthly payment option whose payment was not processed in late November 2023.
According to an update, recent technical issues with our third-party payment vendor have caused delays in processing pre-authorized payments for the Monthly Payments Program from November 18th to 27th, 2023.
Disney has announced that it will resume normal payment processing starting this week. This includes charging your payment card for late payments. This may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. This issue did not affect those who paid for their annual pass in full.
Monthly payment program members affected by this delay will continue their regular payment schedule from their next scheduled payment date.
