Kate Bosworth turns 41 next month but is in the best shape of her life. The actress shared a photo of her working out in shorts and a sports bra, looking healthy, confident and toned. “At 40, I’ve never felt so good. πI’m so proud of my strength in the recent @roxy campaign. Also, even if your stomach is craving breakfast for dinner, find the right timing.” I try to eat the right foods. It helps my body adjust to my schedule right away.”
Bosworth doesn’t spend years preparing for each day. “I’m not one to take care of my hair or makeup too much.” she tells vogue australia. “A little bit of lip stain does the trick for me. I love the Fresh Tint lip balm. It’s a great color and very hydrating. I have another color for spring. I like bright I like the Yves Saint Laurent lipstick or the little pot.” It’s a tint that you can use on your lips and cheeks, and for me that’s just perfect. You liked me from the beginning. I don’t have a lot of different products. Basically it’s just an accent. It’s a little reddish and a little dirty. , that’s all. “
