200 grams paneer
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
salt as needed
preparation
Choose a whole block of paneer instead of small cubes
Cut the paneer block to desired size
Use a fork to poke holes in the piece
Make the marinade by mixing chili powder, pepper powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Add yogurt and mix into marinade paste
Add paneer to this marinade
Set aside for at least 20 minutes
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a Teflon-coated frying pan.
Add marinated paneer
Fry until browned on both sides
Delicious paneer tikka is ready
