There’s further confirmation that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will arrive with a 12GB RAM model. Samsung has been testing the 12GB RAM model for the US, which has been revealed in various benchmarks of the phone listed on the Geekbench website.

In fact, the extra RAM is one of the few upgrades Samsung’s latest clamshell foldable offers: the base model will come with 8GB of RAM, as expected, but the 12GB RAM option may not be available in all countries.
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be equipped with the latest flagship Snapdragon chip, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The same chip is found in the Galaxy S24 Ultra globally, and the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ in some markets.
On the software side, the Z Flip 6 will come preloaded with Android 14 and One UI 6.1.1. Some new Galaxy AI features are also expected. Samsung hasn’t said yet whether the Flip 6 will be eligible for seven years of software updates, but we’ll assume it will.
