A few weeks ago we celebrated our intrepid leader, Ellie’s **REDACTED** birthday. He loves whiskey and pickles, so we decided to make something wild in the kitchen: Pickleback Cupcakes. We filled the cupcakes with chopped pickles and topped them with an alcoholic bourbon frosting. We knew they would be delicious, but we never expected the reaction to them would be as enthusiastic as they were.
