Food science expert Jessica Gavin has been making popsicles with her two kids for years. Gavin warns that even the healthiest popsicle brands are full of artificial colors and high fructose corn syrup. Her Peach Strawberry Yogurt and Blackberry Lemon Pop recipes have just five ingredients and use a little honey for sweetness. Nutritionist and dietitian Casey Barnes suggests mixing 100% juice with protein powder for a filling treat that your kids won’t even know is healthy.
