What do you associate most with a wedding? Dress, makeup, family, food… cake? Now, what do you think is worth filing for divorce in this? Call me buzzkill for using wedding and divorce in the same sentence. But you should know that there are men out there who got divorced because they ruined their cake on their wedding day.

“I was never interested in getting married, but I wasn’t against it. My only strict rule was that he wouldn’t rub cake in my face at the reception.”
How difficult do you think it is to keep to one of the bride’s wishes? Seeing the groom divorced right after the wedding, it seemed pretty hard to understand.
“…he grabbed me by the back of my head and pushed my head into it, something that had been planned since the cake was destroyed, and he had plenty of cupcakes in reserve.”
“I left. The next day I told him I was done.”
The bride stood firm in her decision, but said her family had gathered to try to persuade her against it. They also told her she was overreacting because she had her “issues.”
“I was extremely claustrophobic after being in a car accident many years ago, and when I was pushed into a cake and pinned there, I completely panicked.”
They tried to remind her of the love they felt for him, but the bride felt no love at that moment.
“Everyone is so united and so confident that I’m making a terrible mistake that I doubt they’re right,” the bride concluded.
