Lionel Messi may be looking for a home in South Florida.
The soccer superstar has purchased a Fort Lauderdale waterfront property for a reported price tag of nearly $11 million.
The two-story home is located in Bay Colony, a gated community.
The site is approximately eight miles from DRV PNK Stadium, where Messi will be a mainstay for Inter Miami until a new soccer stadium is built in Miami-Dade.
Miami is 11-0-1 in cup and MLS games since Messi joined the club, and he has already scored 11 goals and provided eight assists for the team. Miami had gone 11 games without a win before Messi’s debut on July 21st.
