What is Hara Bala Soya Tikki?
Hala bala soya tikki is a twist on the regular hala bala kebab. As the name suggests, it is the addition of soybean that makes this tikki stand out. Most of the other ingredients used to make Harabala Kebab remain the same. Some versions use potatoes, but the recipe below does not include them. However, spinach is still used, giving the tikki a pleasant texture and distinctive green color. This delicious tikki can be pan-fried, baked, or air-fried.
