Amazon has Apple’s 9th generation iPad with a 10.2-inch screen marked down to $249, $80 less than its standard starting price. This only gives you 64 GB of storage and Wi-Fi. Upgrading to 256GB costs $399, which is also $80 off the regular price. We haven’t seen a better iPad sale since last holiday season, so you’ll want to jump on this one as soon as possible.

First released in 2021, the 9th generation iPad sits at the bottom of Apple’s lineup as an entry-level product. Nevertheless, this is still a great tablet if all you need is a Netflix machine, checking email or shopping, or just distracting the kids. The design is quite dated, with thick bezels and a home button with Touch ID, but it’s functionally perfect. (This iPad is actually still fun to hold, especially since I have a place to rest my thumb without blocking the screen.)

Apple includes a 10.2-inch Retina display that’s perfect for streaming your favorite movies, reading e-books, playing games, and even drawing thanks to Apple Pencil support. It also has 10 hours of battery life, stereo speakers, front and rear cameras, and the coveted Lightning port, making it perfect for those who haven’t made the switch to USB-C yet. You won’t get the lightning-fast speeds or flawless display technology of the iPad Pro, but for less than $250, this is iPad It’s a great deal. But jump on it right away.
