Of all the resources you’ll be looking for as you progress through Palworld, ore is by far the most important. Ore isn’t needed for anything in the early stages of the game, but it quickly becomes a required material in most games. all As you progress from mid to late game. However, the problem is that ores are generally not as abundant as other resources. And, unfortunately, there is no way to infinitely produce ore within your base like you can with wood or stone.
Since the demand for ore is always high and the supply is low, Palworld players are always looking for ways to maintain a steady supply of ore. So far, almost everyone agrees that the best way to do that is to farm spots where clusters of ore deposits naturally spawn (respawn once every 24 in-game hours) . He can get all the ore he needs by setting up one or two efficient farming bases in optimal locations.
But where is the best place to grow ore? And how should you proceed with the construction of an ore cultivation base? Which companions are up for the task? Where can you catch them? Can you? Here’s everything you need to know.
Palworld: Best ore location
Palworld’s map has many different locations where several ore deposits are grouped together, but not all of them are useful for efficient base building. For example, many spots are not flat, which slows down the worker pals and makes it very difficult to knock down structures.
So when choosing the best ore locations to spotlight, we chose land that was easy to build on. and The following spots not only yield large amounts of ore from farming, but also make it easier to build and maintain bases.
This plateau (157, -395) is located southwest of the fort ruins area. It’s definitely a great place to set up an ore farm early in the game, and honestly, it’s one of the best locations for a Palworld base in general. Atop this spacious, flat plateau he has eight ore deposits, and natural chokepoints make it incredibly easy for his allies to defend themselves from raiders if necessary. The only downside is that it takes quite a while to reach on foot, but you can get around that by using a flyable vehicle, a grappling gun, or fast travel to the base’s Palbox.
These flat lands southwest of the town of Small Settlement (10, -522) This is also a top-notch spot where you can build a great ore cultivation base. There’s little natural protection from raids, but there’s plenty of ore to mine, tons of flat land to work with, and within walking distance of villages with useful NPC vendors. Don’t forget to bridge two plateaus with stairs to help your companions move around more efficiently (use sloping roofs if you’re having trouble with awkward buildings).
At the top of this mountain (190, -40) northeast of the Guardian of the Sealed Realm’s fast travel statue, you’ll find some pretty hidden agricultural spots. Although it is not as flat as the previous location and there are not as many mineral deposits. do There is a cluster of coal. Ultimately, it is a material that must be combined with ore to create refined ingots. Therefore, it is definitely the best place to set up a farming base in the late game of Palworld, especially since it is located in a highland and can basically withstand raids. Be sure to bring your flying mount.
A notable location is the coordinates (63, -417), just behind the ruined church.. Most of the terrain around the nearby church is marked as a no-build area, so it’s not the best place to base yourself, but you can teleport to the church’s fast-travel statue and pick up the nine behind it. Ore deposits can be mined to create their own each time they respawn.
Palworld: Best Ore Mining Companion
Now that you have some ore locations to set up your farm, the next step is to choose (and capture) allies who can perform the mining job. Once these allies are deployed to an ore base, they will automatically mine the ore deposits each time they reappear. They form the backbone of any farm and, combined with a few other companions who can grow food and transport materials, keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
There are many Pals that can extract ore from Pal World’s deposits, ranging from specialized miners to general-purpose workers who can perform a variety of tasks. They all get the job done well, but some are better than others due to higher mining levels or because they offer unique utilities. Below is a list of what I consider to be the best Pals for mining.
- Cattiva: These low-level pals can be found throughout the game’s beginner areas, and in addition to mining levels, they can also perform gathering, transport, and manual labor. These skills are useful on ore farms, making Cattiva a great mining companion early in the game.
- Tombat: Another great early game mining pal, but one that can be hard to get if you’re very low level. It can only spawn around the starting zone at night, but comes with level 2 mining, transport, and gathering.
- Penking: The Alpha Pal version of this awesome penguin can be repeatedly caught in Elden Ring -style Evergaol in the Autumn area north of the Rain Syndicate Tower. You can perform a huge number of tasks such as level 2 mining, manual labor, transportation, watering, cooling, etc. At the ore base, you mine deposits, transport metals to storage, and water crops.
- Digitoise: This Spiny Turtle can only mine, but since it has a mining level of 3, it does it very well. It’s also very easy to catch in the early to mid-game, as it spawns frequently in Twilight Dunes (-145, -115).
- Reptillo: If you’re brave and ready to venture near the volcanic region (-500, -500), you can catch this fellow beast with level 3 mining and kindling. That is, it is a good miner and can also smelt ore into ingots in a furnace.
- Anubis: In the same Twilight Dunes area where Digtoise is found, there is a level 47 alpha pal called Anubis with level 3 mining, level 4 crafting, and level 2 transport. You’ll face a tough battle, but if you manage to catch one, you’ll have a great miner and transporter.
- Astegon: To the west of the volcanic area (-600, -425) is Astegon, a level 45 alpha pal with mining level 4 and handcrafting level 1. This is one of only his two pals with mining level 4.
- Brother Mutt: Good luck with this. Blazamut is a great ore-based companion with level 4 mining and Although he is a level 3 Kindling, he is level 49 and probably one of the most difficult Pals to fight and catch in the entire Palworld. Located at (-450, -550).
If you’re having trouble locating any of the Pals listed above, try using this handy Palworld interactive map. Entering a name will give you a visual representation of exactly where to find Pals (including Alpha Pals like Anubis), making your search much easier.
Also note that in addition to weakening the Pal you’re trying to capture, you’ll need to deploy a more advanced Pal Sphere if the Pal in question is above level 15-20. These are a must-use as they dramatically increase your chances of success in capturing the more powerful and most valuable Pals, which are high on most Palworld tier lists.
Palworld: Construction of ore plantation base
There is a place to farm ore, and there are companions ready to take care of the mining. The only thing left to do is actually do it. build Thankfully, it’s pretty easy (just make sure your main base is level 10 so you can set up a second Palbox somewhere). Here’s the process:
1. Like the main base, you start at Palbox. Construct a building in the center of your chosen location to extract ore.. This allows you to utilize as much space as possible.
2. Take your allies out to mine, plant, water, gather, transport, and (optionally) kindle.. The miners, yeah, myMeanwhile, planters, waterers, and gatherers will continue to feed everyone in your base. The transporter carries ore to storage boxes and food to the next feeder. If you want to smelt ore into ingots at your farm site, your kindling companions will work on it.
3. Build a berry farm, feeder, and some wooden chests.. These start your food production, give your companions a place to store it (and eat from it), and give your transporters a place to put all their ore.
4. Build a hot spring or two and enough straw pal beds for your entire base.. Your companion needs a place to sleep and relax from time to time. If you don’t, your SAN (sanity) will decrease and you’ll get sick or refuse to work.
5. Finally, add some basic walls around the settlement. If you’re in the late game, you might want to add some light defense as well.. The location doesn’t have to be a fortress, but you don’t want your base to be completely exposed to wild allies or raider forces.
Follow these five steps and you’ll have the foundation for efficient, self-sustaining ore cultivation up and running in no time. Remember to fast travel regularly to collect ore (or ingots if you smelt it there) and bring everything back to your main manufacturing base in your main hub, as you’ll need it for tons of weapons, armor, and pals. please. spheres, structures, etc.
Palworld is available now on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One console, and Windows PC via Microsoft Store or Steam. It quickly became one of the best xbox games and best pc games It is currently released until 2024 and can also be played through Xbox Game Pass.
