How to make breakfast fried rice
It takes just 20 minutes to assemble this recipe. Needless to say, its flavor is intense and delicious. You can’t miss this delicious breakfast.
- Cook sausage: Heat a large frying pan or piece. Cook and crumble sausage over medium-high heat until sausage is cooked and no longer pink. Remove with a slotted spoon and sauté the vegetables leaving the oil in the pan.
- Fry the onions: Add chopped onions, bell peppers and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Scrambled eggs: Slide the vegetables to one side and add the beaten egg to the other side. Scramble eggs until cooked and mix with onions and peppers.
- Add rice. Return the cooked rice and sausage to the skillet and mix.
- add soy sauce: Add soy sauce to taste and cook the rice.
- Garnish: Garnish with all the chopped green onions and bagel seasoning.
