Biwas, also known as biwas, is a parsley and onion salad of Arabic origin, usually served with kebabs. How about pairing it with biryani full of Indian spices? Marinade
500g chicken
sunflower oil 100ml
200g onion slices
Garlic ginger paste 25g
50g tomato slices
Salty as you like
Kashmiri chili powder 15g
Coriander powder 10g
Garam masala 5g
black pepper powder 8g
Cashew nut paste 15g
10 grams maida
Fennel powder 5g
5 grams chopped coriander
For rice
basmati rice 5 grams
ghee 150ml
750ml water
Whole spices 10 grams
10g onion slices
15ml milk
5 grams chopped coriander
Salty as you like
For loquat (a simple salad of herbs and onions)
50g onion slices
10g chopped parsley
5ml lemon juice
Sumac powder 3g
Salty as you like
10ml olive oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix
For garnish
1 tablespoon fried onion
Some fried cashew nuts
a little chopped coriander
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
preparation
Marinade
Marinate the chicken with salt, maida, Kashmiri chili powder and ginger garlic paste.
Fry in sunflower oil and set aside.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and add the sliced onions and ginger garlic paste.
Fry until transparent, add all seasonings and add sliced tomatoes.
Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are crushed.
Add cashew nut paste and mix well
Add the fried chicken to the gravy, mix well and finish with chopped coriander.

Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for about an hour.
Heat ghee in a clay pot, add whole spices and slice onions.
Fry until transparent and add water
Once the water boils, add the chopped coriander, milk and salt.
Drain the soaked rice and add it to boiling water.
Cook the rice to water level and cover with a lid.
Boil on low heat for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Form the rice in a plate and place the prepared masala on top of the rice.
Place the loquats on top of the masala and garnish.
Enjoy with cucumber yogurt
