Once the main components are ready, it’s time to assemble the cake. First, spread a thin layer of whipped cream to cover the bottom of the loaf pan. Layer the Nutter Butter cookies on top and arrange them tightly so there are no gaps. Spread whipped cream on top of the cookies, then arrange more cookies to coat the top. Continue until you run out of cream, cookies, or space in the pan. Cover the top of the cake using the plastic overhang, then transfer to the refrigerator to rest for at least 4 hours or up to 1 day.
