1 cup of barnyard grass powder
1/2 cup rava
1 cup grated potatoes
1 teaspoon sliced green chili
1 teaspoon ginger slices
1/4 cup coriander leaves (finely sliced)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups of water
preparation
Pour 3 cups of water into the millet flour and mix well to remove any lumps.
Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, salt and cumin seeds and mix well to form a loose dough.
Grease a hot frying pan with a teaspoon of oil and gradually pour the batter into it.
Bake both sides
A nutritious kabadapuru dosa is ready
Serve hot with chutney or sambar for a hearty and healthy breakfast.
