The Chicago Department of Transportation and Google Public Sector have partnered to create the “Chat with CTA” program, and a new chatbot powered by artificial intelligence is expected to come online early next year.
According to the agency’s press release, the bot will answer basic questions about the trip and collect passenger feedback about the ride experience.
