The just-announced Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will be the first Xbox Series X game to be released on three discs, CD Projekt Red has confirmed.
Speaking to IGN, a spokesperson revealed exactly how the Ultimate Edition, which packages the base Cyberpunk 2077 and the Phantom Liberty expansion, will be released on each system.
A spokesperson for CD Projekt Red confirmed that “the Xbox Series This will be the physical version.
“The PlayStation 5 box includes a game disc containing Cyberpunk 2077 and a code for the expansion that can be redeemed on the PlayStation Store,” they added. “The PC version comes with GOG codes for both the base game and the expansion. The reason the Ultimate Edition includes Phantom Liberty differently is due to the unique technical requirements of each platform.”
