Freeman’s gnocchi recipe has only eight ingredients, including red pepper flakes

1 pound ground sweet Italian sausage
1 piece of fennel
1 16 oz package of gnocchi
3-4 kale leaves (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
You will also need a pot and baking sheet. Freeman’s recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook, and he makes 2 to 4 servings.
Instructions
Place the Italian sausage in a large pot and break it up with a spoon. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove the fennel stalks and thinly slice the bulb.
Add gnocchi, fennel, sausage, and kale to baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and stir to combine. Spread the ingredients on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the gnocchi are cooked through.
