Players can attach a shotgun frame to an automatic rifle, resulting in a weapon that can significantly reduce time to kill and eliminate someone in PvP in milliseconds.
destiny 2 Players may also create grenade launchers using frames from other weapons to fire giant explosives at enemies and PvP players. Bungie is currently offering additional rewards for the Grandmaster Nightfall activity, one of the more challenging aspects of the PvE environment. This glitch made the Grandmaster content run faster and allow you to easily overcome enemies and bosses.
trials of osiris, destiny 2‘s competitive PvP mode will also be running this weekend, offering the popular Igneas Hammer weapon as a reward for a perfect record (7 unbeaten games). This weapon crafting glitch means there are hundreds of players running around with weapons that melt players, making Trials of Osiris, which is supposed to be a more challenging PvP environment, much easier.

The challenge for Bungie is what to do to solve this problem. Destiny 2 developers will inevitably have to roll back servers, but how long has this exploit been in the game? Bungie wants to make sure no overpowered weapons remain in the game This would be a fairly complex exploit to fix, as previously created weapons may need to be scanned as well.
