The day before ‘ will be released on PC tomorrow, December 7th, and will also be coming to PS5 at some point in the future. We noted back in February, and again after the survival MMO’s PS5 indefinite postponement, that there was something a little strange about this story, but developer Fntastic has released another statement, marketing apologized for the lack of support and pushed back on allegations of “fraud.”
upon twitter, Fntastic posted what it calls a “revelation,” but it reads more like a preemptive rebuttal to potential criticism. The developers asked for forgiveness for “not doing the best marketing and teasers” and explained that they strive to “learn something new and improve every day.”
Studio doesn’t accuse project skeptics of “fraud” by claiming they “never received a dime from anyone” or that “The Day Before” was an asset flip I asked. Fntastic claims: “He has worked day and night for five years to help our team make the dream game a reality.”
Headquartered in Singapore, Fntastic definitely turned heads. defended the use of unpaid volunteers Working on the game.by developer websiteOver 200 people, along with probably 120 paid employees, devoted their time and effort to the survival MMO for minimal compensation.
