Some Disney World tourists didn’t have the happiest or most magical day at the bustling theme park after a steep roller coaster got stuck, leaving them stranded for at least 30 minutes. right.
Expedition Everest at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom theme park in Florida was closed for about 30 minutes on Thursday, according to Disney Food Blog, citing a Disney employee known as a cast member.
A cast member said the Wild Coaster was experiencing “technical delays” and guests who were riding in two separate coaster cars were forced to hang tight.
This coaster is the tallest roller coaster in a Disney theme park, standing at 199.5 feet tall and racing up a mountain before being stopped by an angry yeti.
According to the Disney Food Blog, one of the coaster cars became stranded when it began its heart-stopping climb.
The other coaster was stuck at the part where riders started to back up.
X posted a video of the frozen coaster on Disney’s blog, and fans jumped on it and commented on it.
One rider commented: “That’s not me in this video.”
“Surely a stunning view!” one person wrote.
Some people objected to this, saying they were afraid of heights and would be extremely nervous.
“That’s my least favorite section of the ride,” another wrote. “I wouldn’t be happy.”
Last month, Disney World guests were treated to another unusual sight when a man was caught on camera taking off his clothes inside an attraction.
On another occasion, a guest filmed an animatronic accident at the Magic Kingdom that appeared to show Snow White’s arm being ripped off by Dopey.
Disney World did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
