How to make instant street style pav bhaji recipe:
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pressure cooker, add 1 tablespoon of butter, and melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add cumin, onion and after a while add ginger, garlic and chili sauce and fry for a while.
Add Kashmiri red chilli, beets and tomatoes together in a mixer jar and grind coarsely. Add this mixture to onions and sauté a little, then add red chilli, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
Then add finely chopped carrots, chopped cauliflower, beans, peppers and peas and mix well. Add pav bhaji masala, mix everything well, add water, cover pressure cooker and cook till 6 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, open the rice cooker and with the help of a masher, mash all the ingredients well and cook on low heat for a few seconds. Heat oil and butter in a tadka pan, add green chilies and green coriander and pour the prepared tadka over the bhaji.
Fry the pav in butter and serve with warm bhaji.
