From online quizzes to TikTok trends, people use all sorts of tests on their significant others to assess compatibility.Recently, one of the trends on TikTok is that you and your partner birthday months lined up togetherYou have found your soulmate.
However, a new form of testing is trending on TikTok. The “bird test” is used to see if you and your significant other can stay together for the long term.
Use the “Bird Test” with your significant other to determine the longevity of your relationship.
In a viral video, Squirrel (@alyssacardib) Share with your audience what the “bird test” is. Using her own experience as an example, she reveals how she tested her “new friend” with the “bird test”.
“I live and die by it.” [expletive] “The bird test,” she says, “it never fails.”
Although the test is primarily used in romantic relationships, Rhys says she also uses it with new friendships, family members, and new people she meets.
How do I bird test my partner?
You don’t actually need a bird to be present for this test to work. You can use something as simple as a bird to get your partner’s attention. As an example, a squirrel sees a woodpecker outside and says to his friend, “There’s a woodpecker in that tree!”
If your partner, friend, or family member decides to go see the insignificant object or creature you mention, congratulations! They passed the test. In the case of Squirrel’s friend, she passed. The bird intrigued her and she started looking up random facts about woodpeckers.
But if your partner or friend ignores you, doesn’t do anything about you, or says things like “who cares” or “you’re just a bird,” that’s a sign that you’re in the wrong relationship. That relationship won’t last long. length.
Please remember. This isn’t about birds. This is to determine if the bird is interested in what you are talking about.
Michelle YoungThe TV personality and former Bachelorette star gave her boyfriend the “bird test” and recorded the test.
“There’s a cardinal,” she said as her boyfriend entered. Even though her cardinal wasn’t there, he was intrigued by what she was talking about.
“Where?” her boyfriend asks. He just passed by.
Does the bird test actually work?
Ms Rhys claims this is because she is “still very close” to her new friend who tested her. However, you should be very careful about how you use this form of testing, as lying is not a healthy way to start a new relationship.
RadioU warns against using this test when starting a relationship with someone new.
“I think you have to be careful with how you use it,” they say, “it has to be something important… If you say a woodpecker and it’s not there, it can kind of really die.” Be careful using this method if you are a first-time user.
So when is it appropriate to use the “bird test”? In reality, there is no right or wrong time. This test can be done whenever you want, and no relationship is too time-consuming to test.
People have used this test to determine whether their relationships will last, but forget that it’s up to you to decide whether you want to listen to the results of the “bird test”. Please don’t.
