0.25 oz Cointreau
0.5 ounce lime juice
0.5 ounce pineapple juice
3 fresh cucumbers
A pinch of fresh coriander
Garnish with cracked black pepper and dried lime
direction
1. Muddle the cucumbers
2. Mix all ingredients in a shaker
3. Shake until thoroughly chilled.
4. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and dried lime.
