German Industrial production unexpectedly fell in November, underscoring the continued woes of manufacturing in Europe’s largest economy.
Production fell 0.7% from October, led by capital and intermediate goods, the statistics agency said on Tuesday. This was the sixth consecutive decline, and beat economists surveyed by Bloomberg who had expected a 0.3% increase.
