The Teal Mask DLC for the Generation 9 games introduced several new and returning Pokémon. The first part of the expansion saw the debut of creatures such as Ogerpon, Okidogi, and Munkidori.
Additionally, The Teal Mask brings back some familiar favorites that weren’t included in the base game. For example, the DLC added the Flying/Flying type Pokemon “Gligar” and its evolved form “Gliscor”. However, it remains exclusive to the Pokémon Scarlet DLC in addition to Cramorant.

“Razor Fang” can be obtained by completing 110 pieces of the Kitakami Encyclopedia. To get this item, press the X button to go to the rewards menu in the Pokedex app.

If you want the Razor Fang stat, go to the area north of Wistful Fields in Kitakami City. You can find the item inside the cave. Luckily, a Reddit user has marked the location. map.
How to use Razor Fang in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
If you want to evolve Gligar with Razor Fang, give the item to the Pokemon. Then level up Gligar at night while you have Razor Fang and evolve it into Gliscor.
If you don’t have a Gligar, you can catch one in the Paradise Barren area up north.

In addition to evolving Gligar, Razor Fang increases the chance of an enemy being flinched by 10%.
