Well, we’re all in luck (if you have an iPhone). With iOS 17, Apple has expanded on iPhone’s powerful Visual Look Up. This means that if you take or save a photo of your food or meal, your phone will tell you what it is and how to prepare it. Very cool and very useful especially when you’re hungry.
At Tom’s Guide, we love Visual Look Up and have covered many of its uses in the past, from researching the breed of your dog or pet to identifying plants and picking subjects out of photos. This is a great feature that helps make the iPhone the best phone it can be, so it’s great to see continued support and development to keep it competitive with rival Google Lens.
