Erewhon has a celebrity smoothie collaboration and we’re here to make it happen. From Hailey Bieber to Becky G, the beloved Los Angeles supermarket has been bringing out fun new drinks. If you follow Erewhon and his many fans on TikTok, there’s no reason you wouldn’t want to try them all out.
Model and entrepreneur Miranda Kerr is the latest person to bring smoothies to market, doing so to promote new products from her skincare line, Kora Organics. Smoothies will also be released alongside the new products. Plant stem cell retinol alternative moisturizer ($66), a portion of the smoothie proceeds will be Organic Agriculture Research Foundation, support education and support the use of sustainable organic harvesting practices. (We would love to see the smoothie money go to a good cause!)
Unfortunately, for those who don’t live in Los Angeles, Erewhon smoothies aren’t always readily available. And for those people, do Living in LA, it’s harder to come by than most smoothies, as it carries a $17-$19 price tag. Luckily, now that you have the recipe secured (and made a few adjustments), you can easily make this smoothie yourself.
Elephone smoothies are typically packed with niche superfoods and supplements (like spirulina, collagen, and lucuma), but the basic ingredients are easy to find at your local grocery store. You may not be able to find all the ingredients, but you can recreate the delicious flavor of each smoothie and maybe even find your new favorite smoothie recipe. I already know that the antioxidant-rich Frozen Sambazon Acai Superfruit Pack ($8) I purchased for this recipe will become a new staple in my freezer.
on the other hand, Full ingredient list This smoothie is very luxurious, but the recipe is boiled down to the basics (frozen?) and is very simple. Simply add frozen bananas and blueberries to acai, mix in a little almond milk, coconut water, maple syrup, and vanilla collagen (like Copina’s Vanilla Beauty Plant-Based Collagen Support Creamer ($30)).
For the gorgeous Erewhon effect (I couldn’t resist), swirl the bottom half of the glass with coconut yogurt and spirulina extract from E3Live Blue Majik ($45), then top with a scoop of coconut cream and more spirulina sprinkles. Sprinkle with sprinkles. A sweet way to drink!
(The ingredients in this smoothie are also vibrant!)
Note: As you can see here, the smoothie is quite thick with all the frozen ingredients. So, if you want your smoothie to be thinner, add coconut water or almond milk.
If you want to maximize the Instagram-worthy effect of Erewhon, we recommend freezing the coconut cream in advance. It may sound redundant, but this will prevent you from getting a flat coconut cream. The final result will look like this:
