The TikToker demonstrated how to make an easy dinner using Trader Joe’s secret ingredients.

Liza taught her followers how to make a “15-minute dinner.”
Before taking the first step, she revealed the recipe’s secret ingredient.
“These chicken meatballs are Trader Joe’s secret ingredient,” she said.
“Air fry chicken meatballs at 390 degrees for 7 minutes,” Riza told viewers.
She then recommended assembling a bowl with a quarter cup of jasmine rice, six grape tomatoes, one ounce of thinly chopped red onion, and 1.2 ounces of reduced-fat feta cheese.
Riza also suggested adding a handful of vegetables to the dish, such as 2 ounces of cucumber.
I mixed in 2 tablespoons of Trader Joe’s Tzatziki sauce and then added the chicken meatballs.
As a finishing touch, Liza garnished the dinner with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Liza revealed to her followers that the dish contains 437 calories.
“I lost 130 pounds eating this way,” she said while showing viewers the finished bowl.
