Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and Cisco have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand cybersecurity training to underserved communities in Indonesia.
The new partnership will bring Cisco Networking Academy’s Global Network Cyber Security training course to Indosat’s IDCamp training program, an educational initiative aimed at promoting digital literacy in Indonesia.
A web-based cyber security course will be offered to IDCamp graduates, providing participants with digital skills and training certification in international standard data security systems.
Together, Indosat and Cisco aim to train 50,000 IDCamp participants in the first year of the initiative and up to 200,000 over the next three years.
