China’s industrial profits rose in November, boosted by positive comparisons with last year and a raft of stimulus measures aimed at revitalizing an economy reeling from deflationary fears.
Profits jumped 29.5% from a year earlier, accelerating sharply from the previous month, according to official data published on Wednesday. Companies also recorded significant investment returns in November, which boosted their bottom lines, the National Bureau of Statistics said.
