1. Coffee cake

material:
200g butter
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3 cups ground biscuits
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup coffee infusion
Fresh cream appropriate amount
powdered sugar for decoration
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Place the butter in a bowl. Add the caster sugar and cream until it changes color.
3. Break the eggs and add them. Mix well until slight peaks form.
4. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add biscuits, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gently cut and fold the mixture and mix well.
5. Add coffee infusion, cut into small pieces and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a cup. Squeeze the cream over the top and spread it with a toothpick to create your desired design.
7. Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
8. Sift the powdered sugar.
9. Serve immediately.
2. Coffee and biscuit parfait

material:
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 cup coarsely crushed digestive biscuits
1 cup whipped cream
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
For topping
2 tablespoons grated dark chocolate
2 tablespoons roasted almond slices
Method:
1. Combine coffee and 1 1/2 teaspoons hot water in a small bowl and mix well.
2. Combine the whipped cream and coffee water mixture, mix well and set aside.
3. Take a serving glass and add 1/4 cup of coffee and whipped cream mixture, 1/4 cup of digestive biscuits, 1 cup of ice cream, again 1/4 cup of coffee and whipped cream mixture, and 1/4 cup of digestive biscuits. Masu.
4. Top with 1 tablespoon grated chocolate and 1 tablespoon almond slices.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make one more serving.

1 cup fresh cream
2 cups chopped dark chocolate
Cocoa powder for coating
Method:
1. Heat a pot. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil, then add the dark chocolate and mix well until melted.
2. Add coffee powder and mix well. Remove the pot from the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Roll the mixture evenly into balls. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy.
4. Coffee walnut smoothie

2-3 drops of vanilla essence
1 cup vanilla ice cream
5-6 teaspoons honey

1. Combine all ingredients and blend with a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Garnish with chocolate sauce.

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:
1. Combine coffee decoction, milk, sugar syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
