To start the new year off right, beef has many nutritional benefits. It is a lean meat and also a top source of vitamin B12. slow cooker beef brisket tacos
Yvette Marquez-Sharpnack, My Bueno Recipes and Stories
Yield: 12-24 tacos
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 hours 5 minutes
material:
2-4 pounds beef brisket
2 ounces of your favorite marinade per pound of meat
2 bay leaves
2 cloves of garlic
12 ounces of beer (light or NA recommended)
direction:
Add brisket, marinade, bay leaf, garlic (if using), and beer to slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
Remove the breast meat and shred the meat, discarding the fat. Use it as a base for tacos, nachos, sopes, flautas, and more.
