material:
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons of quick-form tapioca
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Optional: vanilla ice cream or sweet whipped cream
direction:
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Combine the sugar and tapioca and sprinkle over the berries, tossing gently. Pour into a greased 11×7 inch baking dish and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir in butter and sprinkle over berry mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or sweet whipped cream, if desired.
