KBI Executive Director Robert Stewart pulled out a $1 bill to visually demonstrate the dangers of fentanyl to members of the House Transportation and Public Safety Appropriations Committee. Mr. Stewart said he divided the bill into 100 pieces, two of which, when combined, would weigh 2 milligrams, or the equivalent of a lethal dose of fentanyl.
