Peanut tiki:
material:
100g raw peanuts
1 cup chopped jaggery
ghee for grease
Method:
Grease the barfi tray with ghee. Roast the peanuts until lightly browned, then peel and halve them. Next, heat the jaggery in a pan, add the roasted peanuts and mix everything together. Spread the peanut mixture on a greased tray. Cut into squares and let cool before serving.
Til Gad Ladu:
material:
1 1/2 cups white sesame seeds
3/4 cup grated dry coconut
1 tablespoon ghee
1 1/2 cups chikkiwalagad
1 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
3/4 cup roasted chana dal
A pinch of nutmeg powder
Method:
Dry roast the white sesame seeds and let them cool. Next, dry roast the desiccated coconut and keep it aside. Add ghee and jaggery to a pan, melt and cook until it forms a hard ball. Next, mix in dry roasted sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, melted jaggery and peanuts, roasted chana dal and nutmeg powder. Mix everything together, roll into laddoos while the mixture is still hot and enjoy.
