Fans of Guerilla’s ever-growing Horizon series may be pleased to learn that Project Skyline, the long-rumored MMORPG spinoff, appears to still be in active development. They might not be too excited to learn that there’s nothing to suggest it’s coming to PS5 other than it being a Horizon game scheduled to launch on PC and mobile as early as 2025. unknown.
According to video game researchers KracassisI put together some fascinating information and posted it on Twitter, which was subsequently picked up by articles such as: eurogamer. Kracassis said the project will begin in his 2021, using resumes of former NCSoft employees on LinkedIn and his Facebook to build a timeline, and by September 2023 he will have 140 people on it. I’m assuming you’ve worked on it. Plus, we’ve got a potential name (and logo). ), provided by the company’s domain registration record “Land of Salvation”.
Kurakasis provides a job description that highlights the skills the company is looking for, and clearly indicates that the game is currently only being developed for PC and mobile. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t make it to the PlayStation version (I’d be shocked if it didn’t). It’s just that we’re not currently working on porting it to that platform.
