To make rajma kebab sliders, add rajma, green chilli, ginger and garlic to a mixer grinder and grind until everything is combined. Heat oil in a frying pan and add chopped onions. Fry until translucent, then add the beets and potatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add the prepared rajma mixture along with lemon juice, bread crumbs, spices and soy sauce. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Shape the mixture into tikkis of equal size and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides. To assemble the sliders, simply slice the buns in half and spread pudina chutney on one side. Top with sliced onions, grated cheese, and other vegetables of your choice. Finally, place the rajma kebab on top and the other bun on top. Brush the top with butter, cover with foil and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy warm! Rajma Kebab Sliders are ready to taste.
