It was lunch time, but I was too busy during the day to make curry. Don’t worry, you can make an easy and flavorful mor curry in no time. It goes well with cooked rice. Roasted papads also make for a delicious and balanced meal. You can make a special mor curry with medicinal properties. Here’s how:

1 small piece of ginger
1 small piece of dried ginger
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chillies
1 red chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed powder
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek powder
salt (optional)
1-2 sprigs of curry leaves
preparation
Heat the coconut oil in a pot,
Add mustard, cumin, fenugreek, green chili, red chili, turmeric powder (just a little), salt, pepper powder, fenugreek powder, cumin seeds, powder.
Stir the mixture well
Pour in the buttermilk and required water and heat on medium heat for a few minutes.
