As we get closer to the official announcement of the Galaxy S24 lineup, naturally the frequency of leaks increases at the same time, and we can see them spoiling everything Samsung plans to showcase at the upcoming Unpacked event.
Photos and renders of the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra that have leaked over the past few weeks have given us a pretty good idea of what we can expect from all three models in terms of design. In recent leaksthe actual Galaxy S24 Ultra was shown next to the Galaxy S23 Ultra, revealing the design differences.
Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with some minor design changes
As the photos show (the black one is the S24 Ultra), the overall design is very similar, with Samsung only making slight changes. The speaker opening on the bottom is one of the most noticeable changes, with the top now having two speaker/mic holes instead of one.
Samsung has also made the bottom of the S Pen flat, which can make it slightly inconvenient to press and pop the S Pen. The volume buttons look a little big, and the frame of the Galaxy S24 Ultra is a little smaller, as Samsung has softened the display curve a little on his Ultra model.
Speaking of the frame, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will use titanium instead of aluminum, as confirmed by numerous rumors over the past few months. There’s no visual indication of that in these photos, and even in the real world, the feel in your hand would be the main indicator that the phone has a titanium frame.
The source of these images also points out details such as battery capacity and primary camera megapixel count, both of which remain unchanged compared to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. In fact, many specs will remain unchanged for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S lineup, some of which may end up disappointing enthusiasts.
