A new study has found that seven of the 20 most complained about queues in the United States, starting with the Empire State Building, are right here in Gotham.
The ranking is Published by Hawaiianislands.comResearchers analyzed 10,742,448 TripAdvisor reviews written in English and sorted attractions by the number of mentions of the phrase “long lines.”
The historic spiers at Fifth Avenue and East 34th Street attract 4 million visitors a year, even as taller, more modern skyscrapers erect and increasingly crowd the skyline. .

If you’re at a theme park or other locations where there may be additional lines at the gate, consider purchasing a FastPass or Express ticket for an additional fee to skip the lines.
