The MIG Switch website states that it is the only device for Switch that can provide backup and development for all consoles, regardless of version, firmware, or type. There have already been many comparisons to the R4 cartridge dating back to the Nintendo DS days. The first batch of MIG Switch carts will likely ship this month.
