NVIDIA has confirmed that its upcoming GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER GPU will feature a full 48 MB L2 cache for the AD104 chip.

When NVIDIA announced the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER graphics card last week, the spec sheet listed the AD104 GPU’s core count as a 20% upgrade over the RTX 4070, but its L2 cache was the same at 36MB. It was listed. Now, NVIDIA has confirmed that his 36 MB number was incorrectly listed and has updated the product page with the correct amount of cache, 48 MB, the same as the RTX 4070 Ti GPU.

This card is fixed with 12 GB GDDR6X memory on the same 192-bit bus interface. For the RTX 4070 SUPER, the TBP of the card will be 220W, which is 20W higher than the existing 4070.
