These delicious, chocolate-flavored brownies are the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee.
material:
300g couverture chocolate (finely crushed)
5 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup self-raising flour
100g coarsely chopped walnuts
procedure
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180℃. Melt the couverture in a hot water bath, then add the olive oil and mix.
Step 2: Sift the flour and cocoa in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and mix.
Step 3: Once the eggs and sugar are combined, mix in the couverture mixture first and then the flour mixture.
Step 4: Line up a 25x30cm rectangular pan. Use non-stick baking paper and pour the mixture inside. Scatter the walnuts on top and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until moist inside.
