Palworld developer Pocketpair says it has resolved connectivity issues that were preventing some players from hosting co-op play.
The team explained on social media that it had to hold an “emergency meeting” with Epic Games to “add updates to Epic Games’ backend” as Palworld’s concurrent player count exceeded 700,000. .
“About connectivity issues when trying to host co-op: We have exceeded 700,000 players and are experiencing issues with the Epic Games backend,” the team explained on X/Twitter.
“We had an emergency meeting with the Epic Games team and asked them to add an update to the Epic Games backend on short notice.

“We’ve confirmed that this has resolved connection errors and issues when hosting co-op games on Xbox and PC. You should notice an improved connection and the errors should start to disappear immediately. We would like to thank Palworld for their continued support.”
