My quest for the perfect homemade granola is officially over. This peanut butter version is everything I’ve ever dreamed of – crunchy, nutty, and bursting with creamy peanut butter flavor. It’s so easy to whip up that you hardly need to turn on the oven (only 20 minutes!). In addition, the melting brown sugar and the subtle sweetness of honey make it hard to stop with just one bite.
Every bite has the best texture. A chewy mass held together by crunchy oats, salty peanut pops, and a wonderful peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle generously over yogurt, add to smoothies for a protein boost, or crumble over warm fruit for a healthier cobbler. This peanut butter granola is extremely versatile and can be eaten in basically a million different ways. I think you’ll love it as much as I do!

Storing leftover granola
Peanut butter granola is best stored in an airtight container or sealable bag. This will prevent it from drying out! You can also use glass mason jars with lids. If stored properly, this homemade granola will keep at room temperature for up to a month.
