Beverly Hills plastic surgeon reveals genius tricks you can use every day to slow down the aging process on TikTok.
California-based plastic surgeon Dr. Farian Jalalabadi (drjaluvmabody) is known for sharing various hacks and popular anti-aging tips with his 38,400 followers on TikTok.
in One of his latest videosand he explained how spending 15 to 20 minutes in a sauna every day can help slow the natural aging process and improve collagen production.
“Sauna slows down the aging process of the skin,” he said in the viral clip, which has been viewed more than 1.1 million times. “Improve collagen and elasticity production. Detoxifies the skin through the sweating process.”

The doctor also highlighted the heart-healthy properties of saunas, as well as its benefits for lung health and skin circulation. “It improves blood flow to the skin. It releases small amounts of proteins that protect DNA and cells from aging due to heat shock,” he explained.
“If you do this every day, it becomes an anti-aging habit. So if you can, take a sauna every day,” said the content creator.

However, Dr. Jalalabadi cautioned against overdoing it for even 40 minutes, as it can lead to fatigue, dehydration, dizziness, nausea, headaches and even heat stroke. “And, unfortunately, if you have melasma, you should avoid it because it worsens hyperpigmentation,” he said.
TikTok users flooded the comments, joking that they could get the same effect just by going outside or sitting in their cars in Texas.
One person joked, “Outdoor sauna in Houston, Texas free for 6 months.” “I live in Texas. I don’t need a sauna. I need a cool head,” another wrote.

“Perfect, my car doesn’t have air conditioning. I’d even consider sauna time in that case,” added a third. “Does a humid Texas summer matter??” someone asked, and the plastic surgeon replied, “Maybe.”
